The workshop focuses on enhancing Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in international and inclusive contexts. SEL is seen as a tool for fostering empathy and inclusion in culturally diverse classrooms, as well as in mobility scenarios. Participants will develop inclusive strategies for better supporting international students in the classroom or abroad.

The LAB wants to focus the differences between the KA2 small scale projects and the cooperation ones. Small scale and cooperation projects under the measure KA2 in Erasmus give both a lot of opportunities, but it is important to understand the proper objectives and activities of each one. Also the financial dimension is an important aspect to take in consideration. The Lab will deepen all these aspects giving to the participants practical best practices and tips to design project ideas, starting from real needs.

The workshop will guide participants and train them about how to design the blended mobility that is highly inclusive. The tools and practices are from the Catalogue of Blended Mobilities elaborated within the framework of the COVE project "MOSAIC".  Participants will have the chance to know best practices in blended mobility and to focus on peer to peer methodologies applied to blended international learning. Blended mobility is a VET priority in mobility, connected with the need to acquire transversal and soft skills. Also the blended methodology gives to learners the opportunity to exchange knowledge and cultural perspectives with peer learners and companies abroad.

This Erasmus Lab provides an introduction to Erasmus+ KA2 projects, with a special focus on designing projects that promote inclusive mobilities. Participants will learn how to build strong partnerships, create impactful outputs, and write quality project proposals. The session includes real case studies( VET4ALL and Access VET projects) and a dynamic activity where participants will develop project ideas related to inclusion in mobility programs.
