his Erasmus Lab will explore how to design international mobilities that are inclusive, sustainable, and have a positive impact. Participants will gain practical knowledge on integrating inclusivity and sustainability principles into their mobility activities, developing skills to tackle challenges and maximize the social and environmental benefits of Erasmus+ programs. The lab  will also encourage experience-sharing and provide tools for creating effective and responsible mobility projects.

At Luovi Vocational College, we are committed to promoting equal opportunities for international mobility, whether in vocational qualifications or preparatory training. Every student at Luovi requires support in their studies, and we believe that international experiences should be accessible to all. In this workshop, you will discover how to organize mobilities for students with special needs, prepare learners for their mobility experiences, and integrate these opportunities into the curriculum. Also internationalisation at home activities are important to prepare the students. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of training support persons to ensure a smooth and enriching mobility experience for everyone involved.

The Erasmus Lab will explore the crucial role of staff mobility in fostering internationalisation and inclusion in your organization. Participants will acquire hands-on expertise in embedding inclusivity concepts into their staff exchange initiatives, enhancing their ability to address challenges and amplify the social benefits of Erasmus+ programs. Best practices will be shared showcasing successful mobility experiences that have enhanced inclusivity and cross-cultural collaboration. Interactive activities will engage participants in discussions and group exercises, encouraging them to exchange ideas, develop common strategies and to equip participants with resources to design impactful mobility projects.
