This workshop enables you to map the “occupational profile” of the International Coordinator, identifying key competencies and adopt microcredentials for recruitment and talent management within your VET institution with a focus on inclusion of fragile students.

After providing the participants with an overview on the current CoVE projects and the programme in general, the participants will be supported to create their own proposal for a CoVE using the CoVE Business Model Canvas. Each participant will then have the possibility to develop an essential concept for their future CoVE projects.

In this workshop, you will discover how to organize mobilities for students with special needs, prepare learners for their mobility experiences, and integrate these opportunities into the curriculum. Also internationalisation at home activities are important to prepare the students. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of training support persons to ensure a smooth and enriching mobility experience for everyone involved.

Participants will gain insights into ongoing initiatives and best practices, then engage in a hands-on session to design their own project concepts. This interactive approach will help them transform ideas into structured, high-impact international collaborations.
