About me
Associate Professor of Linguistics, Deputy Dean of Tianyou Railway Institute, Southwest Jiaotong University, China. With the working team, Ling Xin has accomplished over 10 research and feasibility study projects on International Training for Railway Sector, and has been engaged in the planning, organizing and management of over 100 Railway Training Programs for railways technicians in China, India, Kenya, Ethiopia, Laos, Thailand and Indonesia, etc. in recent 8 years. She has acted as the editor-in-chief to publish 6 textbooks for Railway Training in 2021 and the second edition in 2025.
