Lida Poghosyan is a European and International Project Manager at the Société d’Enseignement Professionnel du Rhône (SEPR). She coordinates the IMPROVET-AM Capacity Building project with Armenia and the MOSAIC Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVe) project, both aimed at strengthening international cooperation and innovation in vocational education and training.
With a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature, Lida brings extensive experience in EU-funded initiatives, youth engagement, and intercultural collaboration. She previously served as a youth delegate and ambassador of Armenia to the Council of Europe. She is multilingual—fluent in Armenian, French, English, and Russian, with basic knowledge of Italian.
